1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, booking platform, or purchasing memberships, class packages, events, or services from The Brokerage Pilates (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase services. Clients under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent and a signed liability waiver.

3. Memberships & Class Packages

Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis. Membership terms (pricing, class limits, guest passes) are outlined at time of purchase. Unused classes do not roll over unless explicitly stated. Memberships may require a minimum commitment period (if applicable). Cancellation requires written notice at least [X days] prior to next billing date.

Class packs expire [X months] from date of purchase. Class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable. Expired credits will not be reinstated.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize recurring charges where applicable. Failed payments may result in suspension of booking privileges. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Clients must cancel at least [12 hours] before class to avoid penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a loss of class credit and/or fee. Unlimited members may incur a no-show fee of [$X].

6. Events & Workshops

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Brokerage Pilates. If canceled by us, you will receive a refund or account credit.

7. Health & Assumption of Risk

By participating in classes, events, or services, you acknowledge that Pilates and fitness activities involve physical exertion and inherent risk. You affirm that you are physically capable of participating and agree to notify instructors of any injuries or medical conditions. Participation requires a signed liability waiver.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app — including branding, logos, class names, programming, images, videos, and copy — is the property of The Brokerage Pilates and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse or policy violations.

10. Studio Policies

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove clients for disruptive behavior, modify class schedules or instructors, and adjust policies with reasonable notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Brokerage Pilates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
