your class questions answered

  • Classes must be cancelled 6 hours before scheduled start time to avoid $15 cancellation fee.

    If you no show, you will be charged $25 which will be processed 24 hours after the scheduled class.

    If you booked from a credit pack and no show you will lose the credit and be charged $25 fee.

  • Waitlist autofill cuts off 2 hours before class.

    Waitlist booking cuts off 10 minutes before class

    Waitlist is capped at 5 spots.

    Waitlist default removal is 5 minutes after class starts.

  • We ask that you please place your phones on silent and do not use them during class. Any photo/video can be filmed before or after class is over but not during out of consideration for all clients.

  • Please send us a message through your app or call the studio, if you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you are subject to not being let in out of respect for other clients and instructors.

  • We are so excited to meet you! Please arrive 10 minutes early so your instructor can give you an equipment run through and make sure you are feeling settled and ready to go!

  • Yes! Please wear grip socks for all classes. They help with hygiene and safety on the equipment. Forgot yours? We have some for purchase in the studio!
